lol my parents stopped doing the tooth fairy crap when my molars started coming out but it was 25 cents per tooth when I was young.

I got my 4 wisdom teeth out and I was so doped up that I was drooling a stream of drool with a red stripe of blood in it, and I thought it was worms crawling out of my mouth so I started freaking out.

then I went to sleep and my mom woke me up and asked me if the tooth fairy came and I was like wtf are you talking about...

there was a whole dollar under my pillow. oh joy. everyone is a comedian.

The rate didn't change in the 70's either, still only got .25 cents

We gave my son 3 or 4 dollars earlier this year.

It's funny how-now that the tooth fairy Pays $1.00 + I overheard my 6yo grandson coniving with his 7yo cousin that if they got enough teeth up togrther, they could split the cost for a psp game.

I'm the oldest of 4 kids and we all got $1.00 for a tooth. One morning my little brother woke up to find $100.00 under his pilow and he flipped out. When he ran downstairs to show mom and dad wha he got, my dad started chasing him around the house saying the tooth fairy made a mistake

So my brother got screwed out of $99. My dad said he always got a dollar out of his wallet usually in the dark before he went to bed and accidently grabbed the wrong bill. I think my little brother STILL holds a grudge

lol they watch south park? cartman and the gang figured out they could get money for teeth and got involved with some tooth fairy Mafia. quite a funny episode, steeling kids teeth from under their pillow dressed as a tooth fairy.
