Thumbs up Gm's troubles started when -

Seems like a lot of GM's troubles started when some idiot came up with the stupid idea of cancelling the Camaro's & Firebird's . I wonder who that would be ? His initials are R.W. Justice has been served !

Wagner is actually considered to be one of the best ceo's. Left did'nt tell us about that! The then "new" body style at the time was'nt selling in the numbers they expected. I.e. like the high sales of the 3rd gen. I think the composite head lights added to the Camaros made this worse. GM was also losing money everywhere and cutting a already hurting production line was just one of the steps in a long line of trouble to come for GM. The UAW is mostly to blame and so called "poor" quallity were the first steps to their current financial problems. A government oppointed CEO is the last thing GM needed. Not to mention unconstitutional!! The left did'nt like Wagner for some reasons we may never know. But when Wagner said, global warming is BS, the left went ahead and ignored the Constitution (like they always do) and forced Wagner to resign. Now under a "new" CEO GM plans cuts across the board. The new CEO = mass layoffs and plant closeings. Yet another win for GM and Government mettling.
