Ok, so I'm selling something on craigslist. And I pretty sure I got a scammer trying to buy the thing. Because their grammar is horrible, and they said they're willing to pay $500 more then what I'm asking. Kind of odd.

Anyways, they emailed me via criagslist, and I emailed them back. So, they sent me a message on gmail chat. Not sure how safe gmail chat is, so I was wondering if it's encrypted and safe to use with someone you don't know.

All I did was tell them I wasn't willing to ship the item, while they kept on telling me to give them my paypal address. No other information was giving.

Well yeah, I won't be sending them anything. I actually got two people that emailed me within 5 minutes of posting the ad. One was located in Utah, and wanted to buy the item for $5K, I have it listed for $4500, and another wanted me to ship it to Europe.

Riiiiiight.

I just want to get rid of the damn thing. Stupid engagement rings aren't a easy thing to sell. Damn thing is worth like $10K, and I'm just trying to get 45% of that. You'd think someone would want it.
