i seriously doubt that they would bring back the firebird, *DONT HATE* but people want sudans these days that get good gas mileage and can fit a shit load of soccer balls. The market is dominated by import companies because they give the people just that....
we are a dying breed guys....

This one is a bad rumour.
But if the newest F-body is a hit who knows what the future will hold...

2 years ago I think it would've been a huge hit. Now days I'm not so sure. The retro thing has been done and gas is approaching $4 a gallon. Might be a tough sale. I'd love to see it go over big and maybe when the hype wagon starts back up and they actually hit the streets my opinion might change but right now I think it's a day late and a dollar short.

It won't happen.
They'd probably make it look ugly anyway.

BlackCherry- Bad Ass 67 Camaro / 2010
Wow, I am shocked at the negative replies in ref to the New Camaro.
Well, I for one WILL buy the New Camaro.
People want Sedans? hell, families are getting smaller and the trend is that they have ONE kid. Thus a two door is viable once again!
Gas price? BFD! It is going to go up no matter what. And in the very near future you will see better mileage out of most cars and alternative fuels that really work.
Camaro - Always a great choice!

I'm not hating on the camaro and there will be a few people that buy them but the savior for the f-body they won't be. Gas prices are a bfd. Talk to anyone for more than 10 minutes and they'll bring up the price of gas. Unless gas prices become non-issue they're going to limit v8 sales. People want a camry, accord, or civic. 2 guys at work got new civics this week. When I started busting their balls over buying a chic car they both brought up gas mileage. It is a big deal to most people.

Pontiac is going to have the G8 , or whatever they are going to call it , so I dont think they will bring back the Firebird and Solstice is selling real well.. I think if the Camaro is going to do well .....V6 will carry it not a fire-breathing v8.....
