Girl a vs girl b vs girl c..........what's your take...

So I got three chicks that I see, what I want to know is which one would you go for.
Girl a is smoking hot 9.5 I honestly would say 10 to be honest. I mean she looks great, has her career going on goals etc.....but while we see each other spend time etc she does not seem to be quite as interested or as super into me as the other two girls are she has interest but it's more of that you can be replaced type of vibe you get from her....

Girl b is a very nice looking girl I would say a solid 8.5, now she is super into me always wants to see me etc, spend time etc, everything I do for her she is super appreciative of it, has a good personality convo is good, problem is for her she does not quite have her self together to the point where she should be career education job wise....but order than that I like her a whole lot..

Girl c is not really a looker maybe a 7.5 def not bad.....got a great personality easy to talk to, she likes my company and I can tell she is really really into me
Basically very appreciative of my time also. Is more mature than girl a and b, which is great always positive.

First thing, you know the rule, you are required to post up some pictures

Second, elminate A right off the bat. You already know, she is high maintenance and that one is not going anywhere long term, quit wasting your time with her.

Third, would you say B will get her act together soon, soon enough that you could give him time to do so?

Fourth, in the back of your mind, would you be "settling" for option C? I don't know the answer to my last 2 questions since I don't know either of these girls, but those would be my deciding factors. I am not suggesting that you would be settling by choosing option C, just simply asking.
