Giants turn the Cowboys into Cowgirls

"When a football team comes in here and it is kind of depleted as far as injuries go, you don't want to give them any sunlight," said Giants defensive end Justin Tuck. "You don't want to give them any light whatsoever."

Congrats...Giants beat Brad Johnson led-offense and a beat up defense, who did a fairly decent job for who they had on the team.

I Can't say much for the pick. A starting QB's first pass is usually an INT or a TD these days. Romo threw an INT on his first pass. just happens. in any case, i don't know where he was throwing, because that ball would have hit the ground.

Didn't the g-men last year look as bad as the Boys at this point in the season? Dallas needs to fire Wade and the defense needs to actually tackle. Romo is not the fix all for this team, they were in deep before he broke his finger...could they turn it around, maybe? I doubt it though...

the defense's "yards after contact" was horrible. so many times dallas could have tackled giants behind the line of scrimmage...and yet, giants still picked up 5-6 yards.

You have to get to the postseason to win any games in it.

The giants are a tough team and cowboy fans love to count their eggs before they hatch. Give the gmen a lil credit, that game yesterday counted and the giants kicked their ass. always excuses with cowboy fans. Strong individual talent on that team that doesnt make it all come together. Can be argued Romo is a choke artist too

Don't think I was making excuses. Romo has been in the league for how many years as a starter? They have bigger issues than Romo...

Dallas can pack it in for this season and start preparing for the draft, forget the playoffs.

I have said that dallas doesn't have much heart. We have the all star team, but that doesn't win Championships. You don't have to have great players to win...but you need a great team. IMO, Troy Aikman was an above average QB, nothing too special about him, granted we did have a great running back. Cows had a strong defense, a defense who believed in the team, who truly wanted to win.

I see heart in Romo, he just has untimely mistakes though. I see heart in other players, but all together, it's like they go in...not giving it their all. but you see when they are using their talent usually in the 4th quarter...it's like a switch that flips on when they are behind and Romo is at the helm. (sadly, Arizona game didn't show much of that).

(I'd reply on a lot more Threads and Post....but for some reason, my internet connection is crappy....or IE and Firefox are going as slow as possible. it almost feels like a misery ban on here how slow it takes to get around the site. pics take forever to load, forget about clicking on links and watching vids....refreshing the page can take up to a minute or two, and usually requires an additional 'refresh' just so all the page shows up.)
