Getting what you paid for... (rant)

I have heard this two times recently and it really pisses me off.

First my GF went to pick up some food from culvers (fancy fast food) and when she got to the house my order was wrong. They gave me the wrong burger. Since I always get the same thing every time I know my girl ordered it right. I always get their deluxe basket, 2 pieces of meat and 2 pieces of cheese... What I got was a single burger with no cheese..... I was kinda let down.

So I call them and they look up the receipt and they tell me I got what I paid for.... But I mention I got the wrong sandwitch.... Well you got what you paid for they said. I was so f'n aggrivitated. I would not mind paying more for what I wanted, but you guys are the ones who messed up. not me.

2nd time:
My Girl went to go get pizza and instead of the cheezy breadsticks they gave us sticks with no cheese. She said I told them cheeszy bread and I could not read the scribbled receipt so I call them and said we got regular bread and not cheesy bread and they looked it up and said well you only paid for regular bread, well that's not what we ordered, well that's what you paid for...

So neither one of these establishments went out of their way for me. I can understand them saying well you diden't pay for that, but it don't bypass the fact that they screwed the order up to begin with. I had no problem paying for what I wanted. Through no fault of my own I did not get what I want. It pisses me off.

Since I have had both of these issues within the last 6 months and I have never had an issue before when ordering food I wonder if that is the new business motto. It really pisses me off... lol

lol, this was before christmas...

She actually thinks the Christmas punk was pretty funny. We have a really good relationship. She's not all girlie and emotional about shit like that. She knew she had a payback comming. She coulden't wait to tell everbody how she got me with the pampers.

She is actually getting pizza for us tonight as well. Let's hope they don't screw it up again. IF they do I am going to demand they deliver it and I'll pay the difference in pennies... lol Probally not pennies but I will pay the difference.

When I hear that shit from a resturant.. I always tell them .. NO ! I paid for YOU to make ME what I WANTED to EAT.. NOT what you felt like giving me. NOT what you mistakenly served me. Of course, that's harder when it's delivered and the driver is gone, hence I NEVER let them leave until I inspect my order..
This buyer beware crap is not happening to me again.

its ridiculous though, you should be able to get what you want specifically when its something that they advertise. They are taking your money afterall. The bitch that ordered that steak in waiting though deserved even worse then she got imo lol

looks like the perfect place to bring back the "shitanator" from Wendy's. This is the POS that I got last year. If Wendy's ever gets a customer service page up at their site I'm sending this to them.

This always works guys. Just say your gonna call the BBB and the corporate office and explain the situation, maybe even write local paper in the opinion/readers write section. Works everytime.

Pretty much.....threatening to call above their heads gets things moving right in your direction. Sad thing is people abuse this threat when its not legitimate and try to get freebies but your situation is genuine since THEY messed up.

I told them it looked like it was supposed to be a baconator but it's hard to be sure. I looked for a customer feedback link at their site a few times but it always said under construction.

you guys must be starving to death or something. Maybe I'm a little more picky about my food but that looks like someone put it under their arm pit and squished it before wrapping it up.
