getting some deer meat!!!!

yesterday i made a deal with my buddies, id gut the deer for half the meat. so i cleaned my first deer wasnt nearly as bad as i thought it would be. cutting the deer into roast, steak and chislic on saturday.

if deer meat is so good why don't they sell it in grocery stores? there is definitely no shortage of them. every person who eats that gamy tough crap tell me that the first ingredient that they add when they cook it is garlic(maybe to mask the flavor or lack of it) that stuff is nasty!o BTW the ticks that feed on them all summer long are known to carry blood disease
