Getting my first tattoo tonight!

I've been talking about getting my family crest tattoo'd on my upper right arm for probably a year now, and a couple weeks ago I finally bit the bullet and went to a tattoo shop to get everything drawn out and planned. Now it's almost 5 PM and I'm getting it done at 8PM tonight. Supposed to take 2-3 hours. It's my first tattoo. Pretty nervous/excited. I'll be sure to post pics once it's done. I just hope it doesn't hurt as bad as they say it does.

I think I'm going to get the Superman shield on my upper right arm but instead of the yellow background, I'm going to do black.

As long as you have given it enough time to know that's what you want. I would have a few artists draw me up something and also check on their work.

Not all shops have good artists. But all shops say they have the best!

Hope your happy with the results... If not, it'll be tuff shit

36 yrs old here not 1 tat yet for 1 reason, You'll regret ever doing it later in life. Sure they are "cool now" but wait a few years and you'll wish you never did it. Trust me from a guy that has seen a few friends wish they never did
