    getting a credit card with no history...

    Whats a good card to apply for.....i applied for the amex blue card for students but im thinking ill probably get denied

    Whatever you get make sure its a FIXED interest rate. The majority of places take VISA so I would go with them. I think the only place I know of that doesn't is COSTCO.

    If you have been banking at the same bank/credit union for a while apply for thiers to build credit. After you build a little credit youll be able to get some great rates. Avoid variable rate cards like the plague.

    Dude, I have the same problem. It's close to impossible to build up credit without any prior credit. Total Catch 22.

    I got denied for a wells fargo student credit card. have had them for 2 years too. :/
