    BTW Jay I see you are an El Camino fan as well. I too, have an Elky, 1966 SBC with 4 speed. Here's a couple of pics.

    only 80hp at the crank with HEADS / CAm package? is it just me or those numbers are way too low?

    The Ebay ad actually states 80 RWHP.

    Talked with someone doing the same thing I am doing and almost an Identical set up, He dynoed at 441 rwhp. Only differance is He has a Magna flow cat back and I have a Borla Adjustable, and I have 4.30 gears in my 9" and he has 4.10's.

    sweet, I had a 67 SS Chevelle with a 427 and 4 speed. I wish I never sold that car it was awesome.

    My 71 SS elcamino is really nice and built to the hilt with a 402 Big block. Nice car with bucket seats and factory center console with the horseshoe racheting shifter. Silver with black SS Stripes, all chrome was re dipped.

    still, generall H/C/I guys are in mid 400s to the wheels. with 80rwhp you will be around 400rwhp or less. still good deal to be honest but I would expect a H/C car to see well over 400rwhp.
