It's an interesting show but I think it sort of glorifies the life a little. I've watched a few episodes and I couldn't help but think that they sjould foolow up the show with the show called Lock Down. That way any kid watching can see where that kind of lifestyle will leave you,(if you aren't killed). I think that show is on Discovery, also pretty interesting IMO.

I can agree with that, but these days there are to many things out there to glorify that kind of life IMO. Music videos especially. It's not just kids who are out there gang banging, I've known and seen plenty of so called adults out there on the streets, and they're the worst of them all.

I can see where these younger less fortunate kids do idolize the gang life. They see it as a way to get power, respect, women, and money. They come from nothing so they have nothing to lose
