Blue GMC Canyon- trans ams gone now
G8
so i'm thinking about getting a bigger car and need something that will have muscle and room for family/friends and be comfortable for everyday driving and such. i really like the way the G8 looks and performs. anyone here have one or driven one to share experience with it?

G8- I've seen in person. It is nice, and very roomy in the rear seat,, Not too much trunk room though. Also, it isnot quite as refined as some of the more upscale sedans, but then again you aren't paying the "upscale" price. But the interior is very nice for a pontiac.
U thinking of getting rid of the Bird?

Blue GMC Canyon- trans ams gone now
i dont have the birds anymore. just a no-options gmc canyon that i beat around in everyday. it's just a reg. cab and i want a trans am again but i want a lil more comfort in a car now. a trans am would be nice for a weekender again but it may be years before i'm in a spot to afford all that once more. i just figured why not a G8 since it's got t/a performance, can fit all my friends and such, looks great, and would be a better overall ride.

Medium Quazar Blue- 1997 Trans Am LT1
drove one of the v8 models... id have to say i was very impressed for such a large car to perform like it did. I kicked into it at the top of an on ramp doing 60 and by the time i got out on the highway in the far lane i was doing 130 in a matter of seconds...very powerful impressive sedan. Id buy one if i had the money

I have test drove one.It is a very nice car for the price. The only complaints I had was the wierd red glowing gauges in the top of the dash.No spare tire just an inflator kit.And my wife thought the interior felt really cheap compared to her gtp.

For the $$$, buy a turbo charged cobalt ss for like 22k, Add a boost controller, meth, maby 100 shot and from a roll, you'll kill a civic, and an evo....and you'll save on gas....
