I watched a few of the videos yesterday when he posted it. I love this band, but whoever did their sound was terrible. The bass and drums sounded like absolute crap.

Dream Theatre decided to part ways with him b/c he wanted to tour with Avenged Sevenfold for a while since he was burned out. So now he is pretty much with them full time and doing some side project work.

Well, Mike told them he thought they should all take a break as a band, for maybe a year or two, and they wanted to continue on, and he didn't. He even offered to do some work with Dream Theater through 2011 and they declined. they're even going to start recording their newest album in January with a new drummer.
