delete that file unhook your external hard drive if you have one and wait it out for a couple months if nothing happens start back up jus stay away from law and order

man all i ever see is people using Torrents getting busted, use SoulSeek or another P2P thing and dont upload, the key is to not upload.

You wont get sued unless they issue a subpoena, which is unlikely. Usually the letter is just a warning. I'd lay off the torrenting for a [long] while. They make blocklists and many of the programs have encryption you can use. (uTorrent and Azureus do I believe)
Also, I've heard about downloading through proxies but have no experience with it.

I've been issued a warning, i used a private site and still got caught. The trackers probably were from a non private source, it was dumb what I DL'd as well. I should of waited for the DVD, owell.
My roommate has gotten 1 warning and the other has had 2-3. I'm not too worried about it, a bit, but owell.
I'll let you know when i have a billion dollar fine for this shit..
