FML!!!!!!!
Well if things don't turn around quick we are in major trouble. The wife got a call that her former employer said she was still receiving checks when she started getting unemployment. Which is true but it was all back pay prior to the date she put for start time on unemployment. well unemployment cut her off, now she needs to proove somehow that it was back pay.If she can't she will move in with her parents with JR and I will have to move to Va with my parents.
Her parents are not fond of me at all which I could give 2 squirts of piss about. What bugs me is if this is their way to manipulate her into divorcing me. I swear if thats the case all their dirty laundry will be aired out and all of them in a looney bin, while I cart my ass back to Va with my son.

It doesn't work that way... just like my ex, anything I said or did got back to them, but she was an angel in their eyes, well sorta lol... but ya thats how it works and when you get parents involved things can get bad quickly.

Wait a sec how old are you cuervo? and I know what you mean about the parents hating you even tho it doesnt pertain to them at all because she is a grown woman and she can take care of her own problems, plus the way I see it your the working spouse in the family so I believe that you would be the one to get your son man. Hope everything works out for the best and that everything gets straightened out, everything happens for a reason its either going to make you or break you, and that is all determined on how you want the outcome to be.

I am 35, what all the sudden hit me today was "wait a fuckin minute I have a job, I have ins on all 3 of us yet if shit hits the fan they wont"support" me and tell me to move south?" I tell you it is fucked up from the core. I hate in-laws. their whole thing is probably ok we will bring our daughter and grandchild to live with us we own our house and we can suport the 4 of us.If we get him out we may be able to convince her to divorce him.
I have news I have enough dirt that I can bury their asses.I may appear like i am not listening or appear dumb but I pick up on alot.
As for my son I will get him if there is a divorce,I have to many ways to make them say FML worse than I am ATM.

The way I see it, she is what...44? And she is pulling this sh1t?! A fkkin GROWN UP woman living like Peg Bundy while you are out busting @$$ and dealing with a gay-@$$ boss for sh1t pay. And if I remember correctly, didn't she get shot down by your insurance a few months ago for referral shyte or lack thereof? She is being a pain in the @$$ for sh1t SHE COULD CHANGE...BUT WON'T.
IF WIFEY WANTS OUT THEN FINE...BUT...WHEN THE JUDGE LOOKS HER IN THE FACE AND ASKS WHY SHE HASN'T APPLIED AT THE LOCAL GROCERY STORE, B.K., OR McD's, WHAT WILL WIFEY SAY?!
I would LOVE to be a fly on the wall for her answer.

From their perspective I could understand them not wanting to pay YOUR way in addition to their own daughter and grandchild. Your situation sucks man and I feel for ya. But I could see where they are coming from.

no my son went to see his ear dr and since he was a specialist it was shot down. Since John didn't give us the new rules and BS for the insurance we contested it and they paid it.
I can't tell you how many jobs the wife passed up. I seen a now hiring sign at alot of places and told her. She just says that don't pay enough. to which I rely, very loud and angry like. better than what you getting now.

Oh...and if the state forces her to repay unemployment, I hope she doesn't expect YOU to foot the bill.

She needs to grow up. Seriously. I am thinking she twisted everything around and told her folks lies to make herself look innocent. If I had a daughter like her, she would be up sh1ts creek without a paddle. She should be fending for herself and looking for a job...HERSELF. PERIOD.
