I hate that shit how the hell does the factory allow dealers to raise the price of cars like that. And why are we stupid enough to pay the premium, if noone buys them, they wont do it

Folks will pay outrageous prices to own the 1st production of anything. This is why I intend to wait til mid to 3/4 of the way (maybe later) through 1st year production to get a 5th gen. Besides that I want a vert.

I think that Jay Leno's speech combined with the fact that all profits from the car went to the United Way and were tax deductable probably drove the bids up alot higher. I thought 500k would be around what it went for but when i saw it climb to a million i just about Shat myself!
