first smartphone

Taking this bad boy for a test drive. It is a sony ericsson experia x10. It only has android 1.6 but otherwise is pretty sweet. Got it for free so that didn't suck.

When I logged in it said something about tapatalk for forums. Do any of you guys use that?

The HTC Surround was my first choice, which is basically the same as the HD7 but with sweet speakers and a kickstand for watching videos. But at the end of the day, free vs $199 made up my mind for me. That's my primary desire, to have a sweet little media player that can also make calls. I downloaded Rockplayer and now this bad boy plays all my movies just fine. Now I just need to buy a little stand for it so I can veg out at work...

All the phones my co workers have are better than my old curve 8900,HTC Incredible would be my first choice,but I'm not going to verizon,I like the BB Torch,but that's AT&T only.best T-Mobile has is the HD7 which I would upgrade to right now,but I don't get the full discount till july and it would be $305 to upgrade now.maybe T-Mobile will have something cool then besides the HD7

Yeah I really wanted a Droid 2 or Incredible, but I didn't want to leave AT&T. I get a good corporate discount because I worked for BellSouth before AT&T reabsorbed them, and I was on Bellsouth Mobility back then and so long as I keep the account going the discount stays in place...
