    Shit
Shit, $85,000 could get you a new ZO6. I'd much rather have that than a Firehawk.

I thought the only '98 Firehawks produced had the non pop-up headlights. That's why there were only 6 produced. The headlights weren't approved by the DOT.

    Maybe I'm wrong.

well it has history..so to a collector that might be worth the miles, but even with its history..it has way to many fucking miles to try and claim that.

it has history...being signed and being featured in a car magazine... that kind of shit is worth money to a collector..but not with so many miles...they only made 6 that year. Do I think its worth 80k...hell now..the guy is probably fishing. Give it a few years..when these casr start crashing more because of in expierenced drivers getting their hands on them and they might be worth more money.

What is a firehawk compared to, it's not nothing special is my point! It's not like the LT4 Firehawk, 1 of 6 and signed! nope it's not going to get it, I'm sure it will never be in demand for 80k heck not even 45k if he didn't drive it anymore. It's not a cut above the rest. In your estimate which f-bodies are or should be in the 80k range. Name five if you can? There is a couple out there.

5 in the 80k range? Okay

    1. 69 ZL1
    2. 69 Yenko
    3. 68 COPO 427
    4. 02 ZL1
    5. 68 z28 vert

Also, it sounds like the guy got taken on the car. He probably got wrapped up in the "history" about a car he didn't know too much about and made a bad buy. He's just trying to make up for his folly.

HA that was easy not first generation, that's easy. Fourth Gen is the topic.
So to give you a start Dale Earnhardt Intimadator SS is one. now what's the rest?

I cant even see that for one of Dales cars, and if the new Camaro ever comes out the forth gens wont be worth any more than the 3rd gens ...

ooooooohh, perhaps you should clarify it next time.

4th gens just haven't had time to get up there in price. There are some fourth gens that I think will be 80k cars, but just not yet. You have to figure, the oldest 4th gen is only 13 (or 14 depending on how you look at it) years old. That's just not old enough to become a collectors item.

With that said, i think that this "Firehawk" COULD become one of those 80k dollar cars. Just not yet. The seller is too anixous to sell. give it 20 years and it would definately bring in 80k if not 6 digits.

$85K for this thing? I would think the underside would look like you could eat off it, not like this:
