Finally after 3 and 1/2 years

I pick up another LS1 car.

1997 Corvette, 81kmiles. Was marked at 15,300 got it down to 13,000. Its a A4 all stock with nice sticky tires on it. The only issue is the driver seat is ripped in the normal place. The car is white with black leather and I pick it up between 6-7pm tomorrow. I am excited as hell, work will probably seem twice as long tomorrow.

I am trading in my 2005 legacy GT for it. And will be DDing the Typhoon for a while. Lower car payments on a shorter term loan than the legacy and suprising insurance is 7 dollars a month less than the legacy.

This isnt the car but it looks exactly like it. Comes with both roofs.

I have about 2 hours of driving time into it already. It does drive nice..... atleast up to 115 as that is as fast as I have had it so far.

dark tinted windows and some chrome wheels (seen some recently on craigslist cheap) would really make that car. If i didnt have a 7yr old and a 2yr old id be searching for vette in that price range. very nice

both roofs !, nice. I only have the lexan, I keep an eye out for a red top but haven't seen one yet. Does it have the 3:15 rear ?

Thank you all, I am so happy. Only downside is its raining like crazy and isnt supposed to stop until the weekend.

As for gears I am not sure, seems to have very long gears but I never had a ls1 car with a A4 before and my lt1 a4 car was 5 years ago and i put 3.73s in after 2 months. What codes would tell me gears and what are the options? 2.73 or 3.15? Thanks

I was planning to buy myself a C6 this year but my truck broke and the wife told me she'd rather I get a better truck, so I did. oh well, it's just another few years...
