I've enjoyed just about everything up there. From a replay perspective I can watch 70's show just about anytime it comes on so that's my vote.
Current favorite is probably between dexter and spartacus.

Sci-fi/fantasy = Smallville

man....I have at least a 3 way tie for first. Hard to put one above any of the others. Seinfeld is close but Andy Griffith would probably get the nod over it. There are some important ones missing from your list and a few on there that shouldn't be. Price is right is a game show so don't really belong with sitcoms and a couple were HBO shows which have a different set of rules to play by.
Brady Bunch should be on there along with Gomer Pyle, Taxi, Welcome back Cotter, Hulk, and a couple others.
I say you have a thread where everyone lists every show ( with defined rules of what type of show it is) and then split them into groups of 10 and we'll have a sitcom shootout.

I like Schmaglar's attitude towards sci/ Smallville Rules that bitch! I have so many favorites that its near impossible to pick one so I just went with Married with Children. Super funny and re-watch 24/7
