I think you just listed every engine out there!!!!! hahaha... I think 2 or 3 will suffice.

How about the 32 valve LT5!!! The only OHC engine I like.

    Sadly now demodded :(

How could you forget the Buick GS Stage 1 engine. 500 lbs/ft of torque in a factory engine. And the only engine to beat the Hemi stock vs stock.

Agreed. But at the stock drag races (including stock tires - G60-15's for the Bufford) conducted by Muscle Car Review each year the Buick has pulled it off more than once. One of them (massaged but still using factory parts including cast iron exhaust and a points type distributor) blasted a mid 12 sec pass.

This was against the "Street Hemi" not the "Race Hemi". Good deal of difference in those 2 engines.

Still the fastest (although not a muscle car per se) is the 427 side oiler type Shelby Cobra.

yeah they did a dyno comparison of that side oiler with a couple other engines on hoersepower and that motor pulled like 646 hp or something ridiculous like that I was totally shocked

I absolutely DESPISE Ford, but I love the 427 side oiler. I'm probably bias cause we have one though.
