Favorite Fish. . . . . . ?

Curious to see what you all's opinion is on your favorite fish.

NOT shell fish.

Doesn't matter weather it's fried,baked,grilled,or blackened.

sea bass, grilled + with roasted garlic. for sushi probably salmon and snapper.

Voted salmon because it is my favorite. I did have some broiled rainbow trout lightly seasoned over the weekend at Red Lobster and it was fantastic.

Maui Maui is my favorite. I like it grilled with some garlic butter,blackened,or baked with some lemon pepper.

Red Snapper is probably my second blackened.

With some fresh fried crispy cat fish with some Cajun seasoning second.

Now that I think about it. . . . . . . . . . . . . . That Cedar Point meet I have brought up maybe I'll get up there the day before and do some fishing out there on Lake Erie.

Hoss I have had that Rainbow Trout you had also. . . . . . . . Good Eats!!

A good shark steak always hits the spot. The biggest problem I see with shark is people ALWAYS over cook it.

Stuffed Flounder!!

Everywhere I go I get crispy fries or I won't eat them. Hell I throw the soggy ones out the window. Even my 2 yr old daughter say crispy french fries at the window.

It is actually mahi mahi which is hawaiian and it is really dolphin the fish not the porpuse. but it is great I live at the beach we get it fresh all the time plus my daughter works for one of the best seafood resteraunt in town...bonus...

i ate that at a raw bar in key west... also had raw oysters and octopus...

I like snapper and yellow tail for sushi/shashimi....Hard to put a finger on a favortite cooked.....I tell ya what tuner, when you come back over this way well cook them all and decide

Well I'll be back there in the VERY near future. My grandmother is getting ready to pass so I will be in the Hoosier state soon.
Maybe we can hookup a nice little shot in front of that S/C I have a couple extra NX Shark nozzle's laying around. . . . . . . . . . . . .
