I am a big cheese fan --colby jack, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and damn near anything else so long as it is not slimy. That real soft smelly stuff just isn't fit to eat IMO.

I'm just crackers about cheese!!

I think I've tried making mac and cheese with more types of cheeses than anyone else. Favorite though is pepperjack.

For me it depends on the application. On eggs over easy, I can’t think of a cheese better than muenster cheese. If all I have is a knife and a block of cheese, can’t go wrong with sharp cheddar cheese.

The only cheese I’m not a fan of is bleu cheese.
