The fastest thing you ever drove

Hey everyone. I was thinking today about all the cars I've owned, and the fastest ones. Then I realized the fastest thing I have owned is the camaro. I drove a 2004 gto once and a long time ago a 92 turbo GMC typhoon. DANG! I loved it. At the time I was looking for a new car and a local dealer had a nice one. My wife was needing a new car and I asked her to buy me the typhoon and I'd give her the maxima and when she found what she wanted sell the maxima . She didn't go for it. The turbo sound was insane on that thing. Not to mention the never ending torque.

Hmm well as far as the fastest car i drove well it has to be my buddies 66 Nova SS that thing is a handfull. I made a couple passes in it so he could watch how it was leaving and my best was a 5.60 something on a 100 shot. keep in mind this car is not tubbed or anything exotic he runs a 9 inch tire behind a 468 BBC. Woo hoo thats fun...

I built a 78 428ci twin turbo Mach1. Ran 9 sec 1/4's. Street legal. That is the fastest car I ever built and owned.
Fastest I ever drove was a mid 7 sec altered.

All Nova's up til 68 were Chevy II's but not all Chevy II's are Nove's.....

06 gsxr 1000. I got to spray a 200 shot on a C5 Z06 once....definitely the fastest car I've driven...I only got it to about 110 though.
