So my dad has had his wife for almost 2 years (2 years in feb)

Words cannot discribe my compleate discust with this woman, I'll say this right off, I WILL NEVER HIT A WOMEN no matter how pissed i get

But this is the first lady i've acctually had cross my mind about decking! I hate this freaking lady....

Our hunting trip was a disaster this year, whole bunch of issues

But what really got me set off was the fact that i bought a digital camera to take, and some how, some f--king way, the break lines to a F-250 getting broke by my dads own fault (that he admitted) has turned out to be my fault in her eyes!

So she now has my dad bitching at me for various reasons and telling me i should pay for the break lines blah blah blah, and i must be a rich snot because i bought that camera....

1. I was not with in 80 miles when the tire chains broke the break line.
2. Thus I was not driving the truck
3. Thus I could not have put the chains on.....

Sorry i'm ranting i'm beyond furious right now....

Why is it, that even your own father, flesh and blood will back stab you just because of a piece of ass, thats what really gets me.

Just blow her off. Some folks enjoy getting under other folks skin...so dont let her....just respond ..."whatever"...smile and go onto the next subject...let her know you could care less what she thinks much less what she sez.....it will totally fuck her up and not allow any control ( real or percieved) over you by her bullshit....by getting pissed off she wins...by just letting her know you think she is a moron and wont listen to her bullshit...removes that "control"....just smile at her and tell her..."that's nice" or "whatever you say"....and just totally blow her off....

Your Dad knows the truth.
The "new" wife is the problem.
She, for some reason does not like you.
Be the bigger person and call her out, appropriately.
The goal with family, is to try and make something work, as we really don't choose our family, regardless of choices in marriage.

No matter how distasteful, no matter who is right and who is wrong, no matter what the past, if a cup of coffe and a couple of hours time can at least put you and the new wife on polite terms, it would be time well soent when you consider the potential years of anguish that could be avoided.

If you don't like this idea... Rest assurred that no matter what the new wife might say to you, she probably will like it even less.

There will be a day when your Dad is gone and the only reason you would do this is to retain a decent relationship with your father. It has nothing to do with her except to establish the "rules" so that you and she can at least be civil as you at least have a common interest in supporting your Dad.

If it doesn't work out, you can always call her a four letter word and offer to sleep with her Mom, but you will also know that you initiated the effort for peace and harmony and took the high road in making a best effort.

Got in a confertation with her today, i couldnt help but go off, she was out in the garage smoking/crying until i left, I've got information from other people in the family (over time) that the reason why they dont invite my dad or his wife over to play games or anything anymore is because of her negativity.

Aunt, uncle, grandma, another uncle, 2 more uncles and 1 more aunt all live with in the same city with in a 15-20 minute drive, its the freaking brady bunch.

Her reason for blaming me was so i woul dhave to fork over the repairs on the truck so she wouldnt have to help pay, she's 51 years old and trying to retire. She cant grasp the concept she cant retire untill she's atleast 60.
