F*ck the city of Eastpointe, MI

i'm trying buy a gun off a customer of mine, and in the state of michigan you have to get a permit to purchase through your local police dept. no problem right? wrong. apparently, in Eastpointe you can only apply for a permit to purchase between the hours of 10:00am-3:30pm tuesday through friday. i know what you're thinking, "why don't you just go on your lunch hour?". i don't get a lunch hour. i work from 9am to 4:30pm straight, no breaks. so i ask if there is anyway for me to have the paperwork left at the police station for me to fill out and leave and am told bluntly, no. so basically i'm fucked because of Eastpointe's gay ass hours of operation for permits to purchase. my next vacation isn't until july and i don't think my customer wants to wait that long to sell his gun. Fuck Eastpointe and the horse they rode in on.

Yeah I agree, that is lame. I feel your pain tho. I"m in the same boat in Saint Clair Shores. Thier office is only open 9-4 on Tuesdays. That's it, one day. What a pain in the ass.
