The only way i know of is to go to each bookmark and copy/paste the addy onto the word file. If you have alot of bookmarks, that could take some time, but it's the only way i know how to do it.

If you go to "Bookmarks-organize bookmarks" and then hit "file-export" you will get a new firefox window that has your bookmarks listed. I'm not sure how you would word-file from that yet.

It doesnt have to be a word file.

I just wanted to save all my bookmarks before wipeing the hardisk and reformating.

that way i could use them later once i istall firefox again.

I will try that when i get home, but i think that, that only lets you export into another web browser.

    Thank you!

Well, you could just find the folder they're saved into, copy it onto a floppy disk, reformat, and then copy the folder back onto your computer.
