Loooking for something to pick me up alittle. Everything around here is just a small bottle. I wanted some quanity so it wasnt so expensive. Anybody know of a place or something better?

Gee, here's an idea. Stop taking downers to sleep, get off your ass and get some exercise, eat a healthy diet, and your sleep schedule will improve, and you won't be tired all the time.

If anything, you may have a bit of a B vitamin deficiency; a B complex might help. But dumping the downers will help more.

If it applies to you, try quitting booze and drugs entirely. That'll help with sleep and energy as well.

one last thing, ephedra isnt gonna wake you up any. Or atleast it doesnt me. Just helps me lift longer and burn more fat?

I walk everyday,dont drink,dont do drugs. I dont have the best diet but its not fast food.I have sleep apnea. Im also bi polar and go through some mania so maybe thats why my system is so up and down.. There are days that when I wake up I feel like I got great sleep but an hour later Im dragging ass.

Sleep apnea? Ohhh, I wonder if Ephedra is something you should avoid. I know 2 people that have that. Sleep Apnea can kill you. Have you gone to a sleep clinic yet and gotten a mask? Its expensive, but whats your life worth..

Ephedra can still be bought legally. Id google stimerex-es if you want a fat burner that has ephedra AND caffeine in it. I just took it now. Its wonderful stuff, but its to help me lift.

Yeah I have a machine and mask. It hasnt been updated in awhile as I have no insurance and to buy it here in Tn is $600 a month and then limited. Is stimerex-es good stuff? Know anything about this stuff Megadrine RFA-1 with 10 mg Ephedra Extract 120 Caplets
