When I was really into lifting...creatine worked well for me.
At this point though, I just jog for 35 minutes and have a protein shake. Just wanting weight loss now, not building.

you need a Nitric Oxide of some sort, somen like Super pump250 ,xcience (creatine and N.O.) , NO-xplod and so on. im doing xcience right now and it works great.

You can buy them at GNC.
However you can buy them online for half the price...
Example, a 2.71 lb tub of N.O.-Xplode costs ~$79.99 at GNC, but online you can find the same thing for ~$38.99 or so. Quite a big difference IMO.
Whatever you get, buy the smallest tub you can. Some people don't respond as well or at all to certain products. Some people respond better to pills than powders, and vice versa. Find something that works for you and then buy the larger tubs/quantity that are better "bang/buck," so to say.
(The prices I mentioned above were what I recalled, it's been a while since I looked.)

My friend has been using Xyience for a while. Says it works great for him. I was thinking of giving it a try.
