When I was really into lifting...creatine worked well for me.

At this point though, I just jog for 35 minutes and have a protein shake. Just wanting weight loss now, not building.

There's different kinds on creatine...monhydrate does bloat you but so far creatine gluconate in size-on hasn't bloated me. Superpump 250 is good for energy...so is eating right and taking vitamins.

You can buy them at GNC.

However you can buy them online for half the price...

Example, a 2.71 lb tub of N.O.-Xplode costs ~$79.99 at GNC, but online you can find the same thing for ~$38.99 or so. Quite a big difference IMO.

Whatever you get, buy the smallest tub you can. Some people don't respond as well or at all to certain products. Some people respond better to pills than powders, and vice versa. Find something that works for you and then buy the larger tubs/quantity that are better "bang/buck," so to say.

(The prices I mentioned above were what I recalled, it's been a while since I looked.)

My friend has been using Xyience for a while. Says it works great for him. I was thinking of giving it a try.
