Ed...how do you like the Bionic? Yes they're pretty fast on the LTE network. Just wait til LTE goes into Release 9 and Release 10...speeds will be even faster.

Who makes the bionic? Have mixed feelings with Motorola with the annoyances I've had with this Droid

So far I like it. Video conferencing over 4g works good.
The dual core make the phone quick.1080p looks great.
The Web dock option is cool, if you want to use your phone as your pc.

Did you get the Web dock? The engineers are telling me it's pretty cool the way it works.

No, I can't find a reason to have one. But it is a cool option.

The speed is pretty quick but most reviews I have read on droid phones is they are more of a gimic and there are better android phones out there. With every phone if you look hard enough there is something you wont like.

I am not knocking it as I have very little experience with the droid phones. I am just stating what alot of reviews have stated about the droid line up. These reviews were written before the bionic was released.

People get paid to write any kind or review they want. Find a friend that has one and use it or ask around.

The reviews you've read must be from the iphone fan boys. Android is no gimmick...it's very cool. You can do more with Androids than an iphone since Apple has always limited users to what they can or cannot do. Android is designed to let you do what you want.

It's only cdma technology that doesn't allow "talk and surf the web". All your other phones on Verizon were cdma only....til now.

Nobody said anything about android. We are talking about the droid line up of phones. My phone has android and is not a droid phone. The people writing the reviews usually suggested other android phones over the droid line up and most did not mention iphones.

I'm waiting on something with a little more oomph and an NFC chip. my dreamphone has a 1.5Ghz dual core, Super AMOLED Plus screen, NFC, 1GB+ of RAM decent battery life and is about the same size as the Droid X i use today. When something like that hits the market i'll be first in line.

I had been waiting for the Bionic forever and before i cemented the above specs in my mind this would have been my next phone.
