Driveway problem

I live with a roomate that apparantly cant drive his F150,ive told him numerous times about this. I live in a new apartment with him too,on the lease and we have a real asshole for a niebor that has his garage right next to driveway,so my roomate keeps pulling in and driving in his yard with his back tire and he has a big rutt in his yard,i know this guy is going to raise hell,i dont want him to put a pole/landmark for his property,then it will be like paralel parking to get out of driveway,ques is what should i do to convince my idiot roomate about this,thoughts ideas? thx

Well thats whats i was thinkin to,but we share everything 50/50. Can i legally tell him to do that lol. I dont want to ask the landlord they will get pissed.

well to be honest it sounds like you're going to be to afraid to hurt some ones feeling or some crap with any action you take... jsut tell him face to face to stop being a retard...

We have talked about this before and got heated. He is a drunk pretty much,thats usually when it happens,but somestimes not. I forgot to mention he has tracks in teh apartment complexes yard accross st from him backing out of out driveway.
