Dont u just luv PBA cards!!

The other day i was on my way back home from the store, when i decided to cut through my old school. Halfway there, i forgot something and decided to go down this one way street and make a turn to go back. There wasnt any1 there and i didnt see any cop cars. Plus its a one way street and there werent any side streets for cops to hide. I back up, rev it, and take off. I look in my rearview as im going into 4th and see a car come FLYING out near the curb with blue flashing lights. I knew it was an undercover car and i slam my brakes and pull over. I heard a loud BOOM when i hit the brakes and i thought i might have hit a pothole or something. So i was gonna get out of my car and look when the officer says "Sit ur ass back in that seat and get ur liscence and registration with ur insurance ready for me" This is how it went down...
He comes to my window and says

Officer- I dont care what xcuse u give me its not gonna work kid
Me- How fast was i going by the way
Officer- I clocked you at 78, and guess what
Me- What
Officer- Its a 25mph zone
I give him my documents and a PBA card (Those plastic ordinary ones every one has)
Officer- This dont mean nothing (he tears it up)
Me- Can u please let me go with a warning, i know all the cops in town and I know a lot of state troopers and PBA people
Officer- Well why dont u have a gold card or sheild
Me- OO you mean one of these (I pull out 3 Gold PBA cards)
Officer- Where did u get these
Me- I know a few ppl (I also proceed to pull out the silver save a life card, and hand it to the officer)
Officer- Listen you should know better. Dont take advantage of these things, cuz once u hit a tree and kill urself it wont mean anything. I respect these (holding all my PBA cards) so im gonna give u a verbal warning. Have a nice day

I think the pba is a card issued by the Patrolman's Benevolent Association. I think retired policemen get them and also if you donate money to the PBA for Widowed wives or for an injured policeman you may get one also. Maybe someone else will chime in!

Every cop get a certain amount of PBA cards a year. The give them out to Families and Friends. Its a card pretty much that shows the COP shield Number and the receivers name is signed in the back by the cop.

My EX was a Cop so I had her PBA card and a miniature version of her Shield with her badge number. Once I found out what kind of whore she is I threw her PBA and shield at her. Don't need anything that associatets with her.

BTW, the Gold PBA's usually belong to Detectives.

it depends....if you are in the same town as the PBA card cop...most likely you will get a warning. unless you shoot or kill someone.

Other cops from different town is iffy. It depends what mood they are...if you have a PBA card you have better chance of getting out of a ticket rather then an average person with out one.

The way its suppose to work is just like someone mentioned. Its like a Get out of Ticket card. The cop that pulls you over suppose to give you a warning (professional courtesy) and take the PBA card away from you, and then mail it to the original cop that gave it to you. But most of them are too lazy to do that.

Yes, everyone has those plastic ones. I still got a ticket when i showed him the plastic one last year. But now I have 3 gold ones and the save a life card, which i have only seen 3 other ppl with.

I will have to ask my girlfriends dad if the Sheriff's office has them. He is a Major for the sheriff's office in maryland.

There is a 99.9% chance the cop cant give u a ticket if u give him a gold card. I knew ppl that got out of a DWI/DUI by showing the police that one little gold card. If that cop still gave me a ticket, he cud bet his ass he wood have the head of NJ state police call and yell the fuck outta him. Plus he wood look like an idiot in front of his boss and other police officers, and the cops who gave me that card would fuck over his family members like the way he did to me (if he gave me a ticket)

So If a cops friend breaks the law its ok but If I do it????? lets put this in a different context. If your in the IRS and you give out "gold tickets" those people don't have to pay as many taxes??? WTF
