This is an old myth. Whenever I see people with no lights on at night, I high beem them to let em know. Been doing this for years and continue to do it... never any problems. If some crazy sob were to pull a u-turn and follow me, I would drive them right to a police station if I didn't end up fucking them up myself.

If there ever was such a game between gangsters, its got to be one of the sickest and craziest things I have heard. Anyone who would play a game like this deserves to be shot in the knee caps, lit on fire then hanged.
