The ones that suck are the gimmick plugs that run $7+ each.
    Or Bosch.

^+1 on the tr's (v-power series). Had the best luck with them in everything and they seem to be the go to for lsx's on the e-nets. They don't rust like delcos either, plated not painted

Even cheaper plugs in a properly tuned car will last and something definetly doesn't look right... almost like they weren't tight and sealed up properly.

autolite platinums ($2) and double platinums ($3) are good, bosch are okay in some vehicles but not gm, and delcos are okay. never used ngk except in my motorcycle...but that's only because ngk is the only company that makes plugs for the bike.

When I rode alot of 2 stroke bikes ngk's would foul all the time... went to a champion and it lasted two years while I had the bike and sold it with that plug still in it.

The AC in ACDelco stands for Albert Champion.

I'd take that information and assume AC Delco and Champion to be the same company.
