My girlfriend just broke up with her live in boyfriend today. Becuase he says her friends are too imoortant to her. She says that she loves him but still deserves to have her friends? To me I think it is a bit controlling - like she isn't suppossed to have friends or something?

SO what is the general male opinion on that?

why is this on ls1.com. my answer is yes, all people should be allowed to have their own friends, thats not an unreasonable request. but do you really need confirmation on that? granted their are women who prioritize time with the girls too much which makes a guy think about all the opportunities his girlfriend has to fuck other men. Nothing worse then a girls girlfriends to make her think cheating is ok. specially if her friends are single.

no but single people hang out in places that make cheating much more tempting. I went through this same thing with my ex fiance and we are broke up for the same reason as mentioned above. If you go out with freinds everynight and dont spend anytime with your bf then f*&^ trust because thats not a relationship anyways and im sure htats where he was coming from.
