does anyone use that WAX/ or BRUSH at quater car washes?
dumb but still, is that wax really worth it at .25 washes?,
and for a tip for useing the brush, my freind used that on his truck and after using it on a brand new ride thaere was lots of small scratches from, probly lil rocks in between the brushes.
soo after that i stoped using the brush, or ill spray the brush down for a lil to remove everything in iT
;;;;( lots wash there 4x 4's and dirt bikes, right before you use it)
just a tip

Every now and again I will spray the Grand Am GT off at one of those places.
Water only. No soap, no wax, and certainly won't use the foaming brush.
And that is on the daily driver.
Trans Am sees my hose, and that is about it.

Just use water only out of the sprayer. If you use that wax it will cover up all the dirt that you didnt wash off and it leaves a crappy residue.

I go in there with my bucket and wash my vert every now and then. NEVER use the brush. I did however use the spray wax on Erins Volvo, and that was great. I guess it all depends on where you go, and what kind of car wash it is. I do use the brush on my truck (daily driver) but I make sure to spray it off first. But I only do that every once in a while. Usually the truck gets a bath at my house with the hose and bucket

We've had the owner and the maitenence man of the local carwashes BOTH admit that the 'hot wax' is a gimmick and doesn't do shit. I'd have to agree.
