Do you think i am dumb. average or smart?
My GPA is a 3.41, I have been invited to take place in the Honors Studies Program in my college, and came on the Presidents High Honor's list last semester? I guess i am never happy enough with myself. Every1 tells me to slow down and take it easy once in a while but i feel like i am lagging behind.

Very impressive!
Simple rules in this life: Do not worry about what other people think. Do not be too hard on yourself. Be polite. Be courteous. Think of others. Do not stress over things you can not change. Yes, you can always do more or work harder, but you have to strike a balance. Be happy with who you are and be proud of what you have accomplished. Okay, pep talk is over... back to work!

Completely depends on the school.
For example, a 3.5 at Harvard and a 3.5 at a community college aren't nearly the same thing.

Undergrad GPA, dean’s list, honors, etc. are good for one of two things. Landing your first job (depending on the industry) or getting into grad school.
Depending on what your situation is, taking it easy could be the good advice.

GPA doesn't mean shit in the real world. From what I've seen the only thing a degree is worth is a foot in the door. It's what you do once you're in that matters.
I had a 2.1 overall GPA, with a 3.2 in my major classes. Haven't used my degree for much of anything other than a nice high point on my resume. I work in construction so it might be different in other fields.
Put it to you this way. I graduated with a guy who had a 3.x overall and we both landed the same job at the same company. One year later and I'm still here and he works at the concessions office at a stadium.
