200 is a big girl. she would have to have some muscle to not be jiggling. Ive seen fat girls with pretty faces. but maybe your right, should we up the ante to 250 plus

How tall is that?

The amount of muscle a girl would need to be to not be fat at 200lbs would require taking test. And those girls are just as bad (if not worse) than fatties.
