Did she cross the line?

So today in my class we get our test results back. I didn't get the grade I hoped to said "God Damn It" Not loud enough for the whole class to hear it, but at the tone that just people around me heard me. So this middle aged woman in front of me turns around, slaps me on my hand and said " Its not his fault"

What gives her the right to touch me? If I would of said "Allah Damn It", I would been beheaded?

whenever someone touches me in a way I dont like I usually say something along these lines

"what you are doing is considered assault in the state of fill in your state here "

most people settle down pretty quick.
