Deleted text messages

Can I retrieve deleted text messages from AT&T? If so how? I suspect a cheating spouse and need help. Thanks

Here's an idea. When the bill comes in look at the numbers and enter them in the phone to see who they are. First one that comes up multiple times from an unknown contact might be your answer you were looking for.

Can't retrieve the actual messages but u can retrieve the number that the texts were sent to and received from.

I found out who it was. She claims it was just small talk. Does the phone company have records? Might call them later.

Records of what? The actual messages? No. But they can retrieve for u all the time stamps I do believe and quantity.

You can't get the actual content of the text messages unless you're some sort of government agency (FBI?) with a good reason (murder investigation?). You can however, as others have said, review the call/text records on your monthly bill as others have said.

In your situation though I would worry less about the text messages, and more about getting a good lawyer and securing your assets.

Murder? Mmm... J/k Good thing is, we are going through bankruptcy, since I got laid off. The F'en guy is almost half my size(Im 6foot 230ish). Cant kick his ass Ill probably kill him. Just found out Sexting, that I didnt know about lead to infidelity this past Saturday. I'm lost.

Unfortunately in today's technological world, the trail is harder to cover.

From a guy that's been there, please trust me on this. If you already know for a fact she cheated, the details will not help you....they'll only hurt you more. Better off not knowing.

Text messages might help in court tho. Prove to the judge that she's a lying, cheating whore.

It won't make much of a difference in the courts because western society, thanks in part to feminism, has deemed that all females are innocent little princesses no matter how evil their actions. At least as far as divorce proceedings are concerned.
