I remember back in the early 70's when the didn't do a daylight savings time for a year or 2. Either that or they didn't go back to normal (?) time (can't really remember). Sun didn't go down til 7pm but it didn't come up til 9am either. Driving to work in the dark was kind of a bitch.

We're on the same time as AZ residents only during the summer.

Set the clocks forward 30 minutes and leave it alone. You get the benefit of extra daylight in the summer and winter is just dark earlier. Or just leave it alone and have one standard time. The change is retarded.
