Ok, I'm in a bit of dilemma. A few week's ago I met a girl. Well, we hit it off pretty well. Well, a few days ago I asked her age. Now, this girl has the body of a 20 year old and doesn't look older than maybe her late 20s. It came to be that this girl isn't a girl....she is 40 years old!!! I myself am 26 years old. She has no kids, and have a lot of things in common.

Does anybody have any experience with dating older woman?? What was the outcome??? Any obstacles??

you'll run into those problems at any age. You have to understand men usually reach their sexual peak at 18, women don't reach their peak till they get into their 40's, so your getting her at her prime. Plus, alot young girls fake their orgasms and don't actually have a real one until they get a little older and learn to relax and let it happen, where older women have had a "real one" and are after that sweet split second that sucks the air out of you, and they will turn into a freak to get it!!
