damn knee cap...

i woke up a little after 3:00am today and went to get up and my knee hurt... i pulled the covers off of my and lo and behold... my knee cap was out of socket... i managed to get it back in with little trouble... it didn't hurt all that bad... when i woke up this morning (about a hour before my alarm went off) i was in some pain... damn this fucker hurts... my ass is limping all over...
any one else have bad knees like that???

I was relaying your plight to one of my co-workers, he has bad knees too. One of the sales Girls piped up and said I should tell you that typically happens when you spend too much time on your knees... Not sure what she means, but I said I would tell ya

if i had to take a guess, you knee cap was probably moved to the outside? Its not an uncommon problem, but most of the time i see in in girls that are hypermobile. next time you relocate your knee cap you should pull it up, and then straighten your knee and it will be sucked up back in place. If you just straighten you knee you screw up all the cartilage on the underside of your knee cap, that is whats causing your pain know was well as the swelling. you might be able to get away with just an ace bandage, and elevation your leg before you go to sleep. you might have to get your knee drained. after, look up chondromalacia, patella femoral syndrome and mcconnell taping for the knee, the taping will help short term.

My dad and me have knee problems. Ive had mine pop out about 4 times. My dad hurt his in drill sgt school and had to have surgury but its heriditary. Ive got a brand new 3600 stall and tranny if you want to trade spaz.. lol

my right leg is the worst... always pops out on the right side... doesn't pop up or down but jsut to the side... i about barf poping it back in... most nasty noise inside as it grinds over shit... it didn't hurt untill i hyper extended my leg the wrong way... still hurts a bit...
