There are quite a few of these out there. I might happen to be a little more in-tune with it as it pops up on my facebook from time to time. My cousin had a little boy a few years back who was born with Spina Bifida and (don't hold me to this) but I think that little boy was as well. There's been a few other pictures to pop up, one was a boy in a chair turned into a backhoe that was pretty cool too. Do a quick google image search for 'wheelchair halloween costume' and a bunch will pop up. Very neat ideas that some folks have come up with!
