Corvette on the Price is Right

Ah, this kid had a chance to win an '11 Corvette in the showcase, but he way underbid...

Been a while since I've seen a Vette on the Price is Right. The last few years have been almost totally cheaper, economical cars as prizes. Well, actually, a couple weeks ago there was a restored Stingray, but that guy didn't win either.

That is all. Just some idle chatter during lunch break.

I'm damn good at that game on wii. Me and my friend were playing it on a drunken night. I underbid an item by 1 dollar and another time I bid it exactly, but my friend didn't think it was worth that and we over bid...

Yeah, base model, silver. He bid 42k for the entire showcase. I let myself get distracted and didn't see the actual amounts, I just saw that the other person won. But I have to think he was off by what, 20-25k at least. The Vette itself if like 50k right. Silly kids...

Wow, what an ass. Yeah, base vette is $46k, so he was screwed right off the bat.

The Vette showcase was $55K or so. Yep, I got nuthin better to do.

Heh. Some days I work from home, if I'm not on an active call I try to watch a block of game shows, Let's Make a Deal, Price is Right, and Family Feud...

I try to think of some reason to go out and get coffee first, then a little
Discovery channel, Price is right, local news the figure out what to accomplish for the day.
