Cool date ideas....

Alright guys, kind have been out of the whole "dating" scene for a little while now and am looking for some ideas on cool/fun places which you guys have had luck with taking your girls.

Standup comedy. You go there and you dont have to talk her ear off, she laughs and you both have fun. Then you follow that up with dinner as you are both in a real good mood. Now you are lightened up and you can talk a lil and eat dinner. Dont do a movie, its too damn typical and you just sit there in silence. Avoid bowlin or mini golf if you are competitive lol Keep it simple and fun

If you are illinois. Start the date at 11pm, clubs don't close till 3am. And by that point she is so drunk it's a slam dunk. Pay for the cab ride to her place, get out to walk her to the door, when you pay cabby, tell him to drive away when you walk her to the door. Then be all I am too drunk to figure out how to call another one. SLAM DUNK!

I've done the comedy club a lot with dates. Always fun. But dinner is always before cuz the shows usually start late. It's a lot of fun.

Take out and a good movie kickin it the house is nice too. The simple the better.


One of my guy friends always thinks of good dates. Like batting cages and just fun things.


I personally enjoy hands on activities. I went to this one bowling alley that was like really differetly. It was like a "higher end" bowling alley. Like there were nice tables and servers and it was decerated. Not the typical family style. It was more date scene. You get menus and order good resteraunt style food. I had a lot of fun. And the couple who had the table next to us we like had fun with them too. Turned into like a good double blind date or something lol

My last statement was a joke...... But yeah looking for ideas to take a girl and have fun. Getting to know eachother. There are always hopes of getting some. It's only implied.

I think it's sweet when you take a shower and come out to some scrambled eggs and biscuts. Always sweet Honestly simple inexpensive things are awesome.


The fire fighter I dated was going to take me to the Dallas flowers and garden park thingy for a small picnic and wine, by the where bands sometimes play.

I also enjoy going to a coffee house and just kickin it over some coffee. It's cheap, and quiet and fun.


And if you are both open enough to it and you want to date her for awhile. Try dinners of ethnic foods. Try Austrian, brazillian, Thai, Mongolian, indian, German and any type of food that isn't usual. Like mexican, itallian, and etc. Order something that you have no clue what it is. I do this often and it's sooo good to open up to new types of food and cultures and environment of the resteraunt.
