Fundamentals my friend. If the key free throws went in (and they didn't), they would have won the game.

i agree make just one out of the 4 missed free throws at the end and kansa losses also releive your starters so thier not to damn tired to make a freethrow i blame it on the coach oh and 60%freethrow shooting overall

There's two other major factors other than just the free throws....

    1. Dorsey's foul 30 feet from the basket.
    2. Not fouling once Kansas got the ball with 10 seconds left and crossed half-court. Kansas would've only had 3 or 4 seconds left to inbound the ball, Memphis would've had a short rest, and been ready to defend the 3-point perimeter.

No way..........the biggest factor was not fouling once Kansas crossed halfcourt with about 5 seconds (or less).

So happy KU won. even though i went to KSU, i'll cheer for KU anytime...

besides it was Memphis this, Memphis that all season long, and just getting sick of it all. face it, the regular season means nothing in the tourney. they couldnt close it. if Memphis really wanted the win, they would have made it happen. they didnt, and the rest is history...

they were the worse free-throw shooting team % wise in the tourney. all KU did was exploit their weakness. since no other team played Memphis close, it was veiwed by all that a miss here or a miss there ment nothing when you're up 15-20 pts. gotta hit them when it counts and they failed to do so...
