I have been getting many emails from the same place, different name of persons.There is no contact, number, I block each one, I may get 10 a day, how do I get this to stop.

Spam, there really isn't a whole lot you can do. Are they trying to sell you something? Reply back that you're interested in their product, get their number, and verbally rape them.

Maybe you can contact your email provider (yahoo, hotmail, gmail) and tell them the situation, they may be able to help.

Yes they are trying to sell all kinds of medicine....

Hit the reply button then scroll down to unsubscribe and click. Do this to all of them and this should do the trick. They may continue for awhile but they will go directly to your spam folder instead of your inbox. Then from time to time delete them from the spam folder.
